4) Other Applicable Terms

Statements of Work (SOWs): Prior to any Campaign, you will see a SOW detailing deliverables, fees, and applicable terms, including which Globally Influencer entity you contract with. You are not obliged to proceed, but if you accept, you agree to be bound by the applicable terms.

5) Changes to these Terms

We may amend these terms from time to time. Each time you use the Platform, please review the current version.

6) Updates to the Platform

We may update or change the Platform to reflect business priorities, user needs, or product updates. For major changes, we will try to give reasonable notice.

7) Using the Platform for Campaigns

Creators

  • The Platform is free to access, but you must be 18+ to participate in Campaigns.
  • We present Campaign proposals via SOWs with required deliverables and fees. If you agree, click "accept".
  • After completion, submit an invoice; we will pay the agreed SOW fees subject to the applicable terms and accurate billing details in your profile.

Brands

  • Brands manage Campaigns and creator selection through our brand portal.
  • Approval of creators via the portal constitutes binding approval under the applicable services agreement.

8) Suspension or Withdrawal

We do not guarantee the Platform will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict any part of the Platform for business or operational reasons. We will try to give reasonable notice. You are responsible for ensuring anyone who accesses the Platform through your connection is aware of and complies with these terms.

9) Transfer of Rights

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation within Globally Influencer or otherwise. We will notify you in writing and ensure your rights are not affected.

10) Account Security

  • Any user ID, password, or other security info must be kept confidential and not shared.
  • We may disable credentials if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us promptly at support@globallyinfluencer.com.

11) Intellectual Property

We (or our licensors) own all intellectual property rights in the Platform and its content, protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. All rights are reserved.

  • You may print or download extracts for personal use (e.g., SOWs or invoices for records).
  • Do not modify downloaded/printed materials or separate media from accompanying text.
  • Always acknowledge our status (and that of contributors) as content authors.
  • No commercial use of Platform content without a licence from us or our licensors.
  • Breaches may result in termination of access and requirements to return/destroy copies.

12) No Text or Data Mining / Web Scraping

You must not conduct, facilitate, authorise, or permit any text or data mining or web scraping in relation to the Platform or services. This includes any robot, bot, spider, scraper, or automated technique to access, copy, or republish Platform content.

13) Reliance on Information

Content on the Platform is for general information only and not legal advice. Where you participate in Campaigns, you agree to be bound by applicable terms. Obtain independent professional advice before acting on Platform content. We make reasonable efforts to update information but give no warranty it is accurate, complete, or current.

14) Links to Other Websites

Links to third‑party websites are provided for information only and are not endorsements. We have no control over external content and accept no responsibility for it.

15) User‑Generated Content

Where users can upload materials, such content is not verified or approved by us and we accept no liability for it. Views expressed by users do not represent our views or values.

16) How to Complain or Report Content

If you believe any material is illegal or harmful, contact us immediately at support@globallyinfluencer.com. In compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, a Grievance Officer will address your complaint within the prescribed timelines.

17) Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage

  • The Platform is not intended for consumers.
  • We do not exclude or limit liability where unlawful to do so under Indian law (e.g., death/personal injury caused by negligence; fraud/fraudulent misrepresentation).
  • Different limitations may apply under Campaign terms (see "Other Applicable Terms").
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: loss of profits/sales/revenue; business interruption; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or any indirect or consequential loss.

18) How We Use Personal Information

We will use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws in India.

19) Uploading Content & Acceptable Use

When using features that allow uploads or contact with other users, you must comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.

20) Rights You Grant Us

When you upload or post content to the Platform, you grant us the rights to use such content in accordance with the applicable terms and SOWs.

21) Security & Viruses

We do not guarantee the Platform is secure or free from bugs/viruses. Configure your systems appropriately and use your own virus protection. Do not misuse the Platform by introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorised access, or launching denial‑of‑service attacks. Breach may constitute an offence under the Information Technology Act, 2000; we will report breaches and cooperate with authorities. Your right to use the Platform will cease immediately upon such breach.

22) Rules about Linking
